Run at $0

No Docker, no cloud account, no credit card. The prototype is the production code with memory adapters.

Demo logins (password 8+ characters): [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. They issue the same session cookie the rest of the app already uses.

Do not turn on for a pitch

  • GO_LIVE — keeps production gates off.
  • DATABASE_URL — optional. Only if you want persistence during the week.
  • STRIPE_SECRET_KEY — optional. The demo ledger is enough to show money movement.
  • docker compose — optional. Local PostGIS/Redis/RabbitMQ when you are rehearsing ops, not when you are pitching.

Optional local infra (still free on your laptop)

That stack is also $0 if it stays on localhost. Bills start when those URLs point at a hosted vendor.
